SHIPPING & RETURNS

Elk product op bestelling wordt handgemaakt volgens de kleurspecificaties gekozen door de klant. Deze producten vallen dus onder maatwerk en worden in principe niet zoals andere online producten geretourneerd.

Wij laten binnen de Europese Unie toch retour toe volgens onderstaand retourbeleid:

Voor aankopen via de kleuropties beschikbaar op de website: 

Bevalt het geleverde product niet? Dan kan u binnen de 14 dagen na ontvangst het product retourneren. Gelieve uw aankoop binnen de 14 dagen voor retour aan te geven op de website en via de post op te sturen naar het retouradres aangegeven op het etiket gebruikt voor verzending. De verzendingskosten voor retour zijn hierbij ten laste van de klant.

Het product en de verpakking dienen hierbij in volledige, originele en ongebruikte staat teruggestuurd te worden. Uiteraard mag het product hierbij gepast zijn, maar dienen eventuele retourlabels intact te zijn. 

Wanneer het pakje ontvangen wordt door MANON, zal het aankoopbedrag exclusief de inbegrepen verzendingskosten binnen de 7 dagen teruggestort worden op het eerder gebruikte rekeningnummer. 

De inbegrepen verzendingskosten zijn als volgt:

• België:  GRATIS

• Frankrijk, Luxemburg, Nederland en Duitsland: 18.65 euro

• de rest van de EU: 37.30 euro ​​​

Gepersonaliseerde aankopen zijn niet retourneerbaar vanwege de aard van de bestelling. 

Ook spoedopdrachten zijn niet retourneerbaar.

Buiten de Europese Unie wordt er omwille van douanekosten, invoerrechten en belastingen geen retour toegestaan.

Is het pakje beschadigd geleverd? Dan kan u binnen de 5 dagen na ontvangst contact opnemen met MANON via de website.  Er zal dan contact worden opgenomen met u voor de retour en eventuele ruil van uw product. Let op, dat bij ruil van uw product, uw bestelling opnieuw handgemaakt moet worden. Afhankelijk van uw bestelling zal dit 1-4 weken in beslag nemen.

Bestellingen kunnen geannuleerd of aangepast worden zolang deze nog niet gemaakt werden. Er zal een annulatiekost van 3% aangerekend worden. Neem hiervoor contact op via de contactpagina op de website. Gepersonaliseerde aankopen en spoedopdrachten kunnen niet geannuleerd worden.

​Every piece is handmade to order according to the colour specifications chosen by the customer. This means all products are custom-made and can therefore not be returned like other online products.

We however do allow returns within the European Union under the policy described below:

For orders using the colour options available on the website:

You don't like the product for any reason? Then, you can return the product within 14 days of delivery. Please register for return using the website and post to the return address mentioned on the shipping label, within this 14-day period. The shipping cost of return needs to be covered by the customer. 

The product and its packaging need to be in complete, original and unused condition when returned. This of course means the product can be tried on, but the return labels must be intact. 

After the package is received by MANON, the order amount excluding the included shipping cost will be transferred to your bank account within 7 days.

The included shippingcosts are:

• Belgium:  FREE

• France, Luxembourg, The Nederlands and Germany: €18.65 

• Rest of the EU: €37.30

Personalised orders are not eligible for return because of the nature of the order.

Rush orders cannot be returned.

 

Outside of the European Union returns are not accepted because of customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees.

Did the package arrive damaged? Please contact us through the website within 5 days of delivery. You will be contacted for the return and exchange of your order. Please note that in case of exchange your order needs to be remade by hand. Depending on the size of your order, allow 1-4 weeks.

Cancellations or changes to your order are accepted before your order is made. A cancellation fee of 3% will be charged. Please contact us through the contact page on our website. Personalised orders and rush orders cannot be cancelled.
